MoveMetrix may handle professional account information, client profiles entered by the professional user, assessment results, reports, device and diagnostic information, support communications, and subscription status.

Camera and movement information

Camera access is used to capture movement and produce on-screen tracking, measurements, and reports. MoveMetrix is designed as movement-screening and documentation support. Its measurements are not a diagnosis and do not replace professional judgment.

Professional users are responsible for obtaining any consent required before recording or entering information about a client.

How information is used

We use information to provide assessments and reports, maintain client history, support progress comparisons, operate subscriptions, troubleshoot performance, protect the service, and respond to support requests.

Sharing

We may share limited information with service providers that help operate the app, process subscriptions, provide infrastructure, or protect security. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users and the service. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

Information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the platform. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

Authorized users can review existing records, request corrections, export supported reports, or request account deletion. Subscription cancellation does not automatically delete stored records. Account deletion is a separate request.

Clients and minors

MoveMetrix is intended for professional or authorized adult users. A professional who enters information about another person—including a minor—is responsible for having appropriate authority and consent.
