Terms of Use

These terms govern access to and use of MoveMetrix.

Using MoveMetrix

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use MoveMetrix only for lawful professional, educational, fitness, or movement-screening purposes.

Clinical limitation

MoveMetrix provides camera-derived movement information and decision-support prompts. It does not provide a medical diagnosis, treatment plan, or substitute for an appropriately qualified professional. You remain responsible for interpretation, documentation, consent, and all decisions made using the service.

Trials and subscriptions

Paid access may begin after a stated free-trial period unless canceled through the applicable app store. Prices, billing periods, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and taxes are governed by the store where the subscription was purchased. Canceling a subscription may restrict new assessments while preserving permitted read-only access to existing data.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with tracking or security, reverse engineer protected portions of the app, upload unlawful information, or use MoveMetrix in a way that violates another person’s rights.

Availability and changes

We may improve, update, suspend, or discontinue features. We work to keep the service reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Ownership and termination

MoveMetrix, its branding, software, and original content are owned by MoveMetrix Technologies LLC or its licensors. We may suspend access for material violations, security risks, or unlawful use.
